The welding equipment ST-110 / ST-200 enables
butt welding in continuously adjustable angles 0° to 30°. It consists
of a frame and two pairs of clamping jaws. One pair is fixed and
the other pair can be slid along the guide bars and driven by a
control wheel. The welding device is fitted with a thrust indicator.
Exchangeable inserts according to diameters of the welded pipes
are put into the clamping jaws. Washers secure the inserts against
release. Clamping of pipes is executed using a tiltable clamping
screw. The equipment also includes a removable welding machine POLYS
P - 4, a bench plane and a set of exchangeable inserts.

Separable frame:
ST-110 and ST-200 enable disassembly of the basic frame; this
reduces weight of the equipment very significantly. Manipulation
of the equipment is much easier, for example enabling welding of
piping under high ceiling.

Angle weld:
The equipment ST-110 / ST-200 enables welding of pipes under angles.
Setting of these angles can be executed in the range from 0 to 30°(2
x 15° resp.). For angle welding wide clamps can be used, which enable
more fixed clamping of the welded pipe and prevent its deformation
at higher thrust during welding.

Weld at the tank wall:
Narrow clamps can be used with welding of short necks (e.g. close
to mouth of a tank). A fitting of 70 mm is long enough to be welded
with ST-110, a 90 mm fitting can be welded with ST-200.

Welding of any fittings:
The equipment enables welding of fittings with minimum requirements
for clamping. It is possible to weld fittings which are cut in any
angle.

Alignment of co-axiality of pipes:
Sliding supports enable setting of vertical and horizontal corrections
of the welded pipe. This can be used particularly with welding of
deformed thin-walled pipes.
