The technical design of our welding machines ensures weld repeatability,
resulting in the same quality of all executed welds. All parts
of the machine are designed to provide as simple control as possible.
The compactness and solid structure, designed by our designers,
is the great advantage of the machines.
The special design includes a separable frame of the assembly
slide, which enables to execute welds in difficult accessible
places, for example close to the shaped piece (fitting).
In addition to a large assortment of standard accessories, which
include all the necessary tools, additional accessories are available
on request. The set STH can be completed with an automatically
extracted mirror, an electric manipulation crane, a special roller
support of welded pipes, a curtain against climate effects and
a set of reducing inserts of customized dimensions.

The TraceWeld system is in fact a simple control unit,
equipped with numerical LCD display, which shows pressure in the
hydraulic system. It also allows setting of values, which can
be entered in advance. The phase of the welding process is shown
graphically, using a series of LED diodes, under the display.
This means that the welder does not need any other aids or manuals
and is constantly kept informed about
the course of the technological process. This model is also equipped
with an option to reset the passive resistance; thanks to this
it is not necessary to keep adding this value continuously. As
the device is programmable, it can be used in places where a series
of welds is executed using the same dimension and material.

The conception of the hydraulic aggregate TraceWeld + is derived
from the well-tried micro-processor controlled pressure source
TraceWeld. The version TraceWeld+ is equipped with a data registrator
that enables to save the data gained in the course of welding
and transfer them successively to a standard PC and to work with
them with a help of the standard software WeldManager. An external printer, being a part of the complete
welding equipment, can be used with the TraceWeld+ aggregate.

This classical source of pressure is equipped with a precise
control manometer and a sensitive control valve. Like all other
sources, this simplest model is also fitted with quick-couplings
of pressure hoses, which provide perfect sealing and allow easy
connection and disconnection without use of any tools.
